Rebates under $200 are credited to your water bill within one billing cycle. Rebates over $200 are sent as checks. Rebates are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is exhausted.
Renters or HOA-billed customers should email rebates@erieco.gov for specific eligibility guidance.
